If you choose not to furnish the necessary documents or decide against proceeding with the required documentation, we are obligated to impose a fee equivalent to either 0.15% of the transaction amount or a minimum of 5 euros, depending on the charges levied by our banking institution.
1. Refund requests can be entertained if initiated within 5 days from the date of the initial transfer.
2. Refunds can only be facilitated to the exact account and individual from whom the payment originated.

4. The refund will be processed via the same payment channel utilized for the initial transfer. Kindly allow a period of 5 days for the completion of the refund process and for the amount to be credited to your account.
